Are you someone with strong analytical skills and attention to detail? We are looking for a motivated professional to join our growing department as a Finance Controller where you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, as well as implementing and maintaining internal controls.
FINANCE CONTROLLER
Responsibilities:
- Familiar with Finance, Accounting & Tax Department Activities of Foundation or Non Profit Organization
- Monitoring financial transactions, accounting, and budgeting operations;
- Overseeing timely financial and tax reports of Foundation and 3 affiliate companies;
- Providing a timely report to management and developing projection plans for growth;
- Ensuring the foundation’s financial health by overseeing all financial planning and analysis;
- Ensuring compliance with statutory law, finance, and tax regulation
- Evaluate and manage risk and opportunities;
- Coordinating with internal and external parties for any financial-related information;
- Support FA Department’s training, development, and growth;
- Evaluate Standard Operating Procedures for FA Department.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance;
- Minimum of 2-5 years in a managerial position with preferred as Financial Controller;
- Experience working in a non-profit organization is prioritized;
- Good Communication for Formal Business Presentation and Daily Conversation in English (Speaking and Written)
- Showcases growth mindset, excellent communication, and critical thinking skills;
- Possess comprehensive technical skills in the field of accounting, tax, finance, and budgeting.
- Excellent knowledge in finance and accounting principles and functional areas as well as its regulation.
Deliverable/Outputs :
- Annual budgeting
- Expense report for ongoing project and department on monthly basis.
- Authorization for all payment transactions.
- Financial projection of Organization.
- SOP for FA Department.
- Risk and Opportunities list for FA Department.
- Reviewed monthly and annual financial statement and tax reports.

PROJECT MANAGER
About Position

Responsibilities
- Creating Project Charter’s based on Approved Project Proposal to describes the implementation stages start from project plan, time schedule, budgeting and the supporting matters (facilities, equipment, venue, supporting peoples and any others supports) .
- Developing strategies to build public awareness of new projects or initiatives that are already underway.
- Meeting with stakeholders to discuss project status and goals.
- Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that projects are delivered as planned.
- Monitoring budgets and expenses to ensure that projects are efficient and effective.
- Supervising project officers to ensure the goals of each project are met.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of projects to ensure that they are meeting their goals.
- Recommending changes to existing projects to improve their effectiveness.
- Reviewing projects outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare various reports starting form project progress including important matters to be conveyed up to the final project implementation.
Deliverables/Output:
- Ensure the percentage accomplishment of the project.
- Successful implementation of project management framework.
- Good partner’s satisfaction.
- Expected outcome for all projects.
- Prepare a lesson-learned document about project management based on the lesson-learned document of each project.
- Decide the project category based on the scope of the project.
Qualifications
- Having experience at manage and lead NGO project/programs. Preferably in education, economic empowerment, youth empowerment, and/or ESG project.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in NGO’s project management or relevant social and humanity programs.
- Will be preffered candidates having min. bachelor’s degree in any related studies.
- Fluent in English with a strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project.
- Able handle multiple task in various projects and can lead a team effectively.
- Have the ability to understand the complex problem on the ground to be able to develop impactful projects that align with the organization’s vision and mission.

This position will be placed in Kecamatan Mijen Kota Semarang. This position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program. Key responsibilities include administrative tasks such as maintaining records and creating reports, managing inventory and assets, recruiting and managing participants and trainers, and engaging with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in relevant software, and a passion for batik and cultural heritage.
PROJECT OFFICER AT RUMAH BELAJAR BATIK (SEMARANG BASED)
Responsibilities
Rumah Belajar Batik Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant databases, inventory, and request forms.
- Organize and maintain all program documents, ensuring accessibility and traceability.
- Create detailed reports on program activities, including budget reports.
- Assist the Head of Rumah Belajar Batik in financial management.
Rumah Belajar Batik Inventory Asset Management
- Ensuring equipment, materials, and other assets are available and in good condition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of all Rumah Belajar Batik’s assets and equipments.
- Make request form to Procurement & General Affair Department for fulfill needed assets and equipments.
Rumah Belajar Batik Trainers, Students. and Participants Management
- Recruit and select program participants and trainers.
- Establish and maintain regular communication with trainers, participants, and alumni.
- Monitor learning activities and track student progress.
- Prepare reports on student/participant progress.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of students and participants.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholder.
- Expand networking with stakeholders.
Deliverables/Output:
- Rumah Belajar Batik Activities reports.
- Students/participants reports.
- Availbility of assets and equipment for supporting learning activities.
- Trainers/Teachers attendance in learning activities.
- Increased new students/participants enrollments
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major. Preferably in communication, administration, or art.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc)
- Proficent in video conference applications (Zoom, Google Meet, etc)
- Able to operate Canva.
- Have good communication skills.
- Availbility to domestic travel.
- Passion for Batik and cultural heritage.
- 0-1 year experience in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
Partnership Strategic Development
- Co-develop Partnership Strategic Planning
- Strategic Mapping of Potential Partners.
- Execute partnership activities for acquisition of new partners and increase retention, including networking and donor service journeys.
- Monitor and provide analysis of partnership performance.
Program Development, Proposal Writing, & Report Writing
- Lead program development (proposal writings) in coordination with all relevant divisions.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify program opportunities aligned with organizational vision and partners interests.
- Coordinate with program division in providing quality and timely program reports for accountability.
Deliverables/Outputs :
- List of industries & companies that working with YCAB.
- New cooperation contract.
- Extension of cooperation contract from the company.
Requirements:
- Having experience working in an NGO would be an advantage.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in marketing, business, management, communication, or social science.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of partnership or program development proposal within NGO or INGO.
- Proficient in English (Writing and speaking).
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, time management, and handling complaints.

CREATIVE COMMUNICATION OFFICER
Responsibilities :
Creative Concept Development
- Work Collaborate with the Communication Team to understand the design needs for various communication materials.
- Brainstorming with team to develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines align with Foundation’s objectives and target audiences.
- Develop and maintain Digital Brand Asset (logos, templates, photos, etc).
- Stay update with latest design trends and technologies.
Design Execution
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs and visual elements for digital and print materials such as infographics, presentations, social media posts, annual report, brochures, and other marketing materials for the Foundation.
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and are consistent with the company’s messaging.
- Collaborate with communications team to select color palette and typography align with brand guidelines and project need.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines for each project.
- Collaborate with Project and Communication teams to understand their design need.
- Reviewing final layout and suggesting improvement when necessary.
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Advertising, and Communication
- Able to use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, and editing photo tools (Lightroom, etc.).
- Familiar with brand guidelines development.
- Creative, innovative, initiative, and attention to detail person.
- Familiar with current social media design & content creation trends.

- Comprehensive, clear, and concise brand guidelines and easily understood by all stakeholders.
